Very Tired

I read that coffee is a good appetite suppresant because of the caffeine (boosting your metabolism and what have you). Which is good because lately I’ve been drinking gallons of the stuff.

I’ve been so busy lately– just trying to find new stuff to write about. And the weather has been horrible here. Rain, rain, rain, SNOW! Today it’s downright frigid. Anyway, I’ve been completely exhausted from the weather and everything that I’ve had to do. I tried this new frozen coffee drink (comes in a can and isn’t a Frappuccino). You can get regular flavor, espresso, or vanilla. I love these things. They are just sweet enough, cold and full of caffeine. Did I mention I’m overloading on caffeine? Did I mention that I’m always exhausted?

Of course, my doc says that I have to kill my caffeine addiction and then I’ll be able to sleep better. That’s all well and good, but who’s going to take care of my business while I’m sleeping for those three-four days trying to kick my habit? Oh, the conundrum.

So, I’m thinking of new ways to get my energy. Maybe Vitamin B? I tried that for a while and seemed to be getting more flares, but that just may have been life circumstances coming in, I don’t know. But it seems that a lot of those energy drinks are loaded with Vitamin B, so that might be something to reconsider. Either way, I seem to need more coffee everyday and I’m just wanting to take a nap from the very second I wake up in the morning. That can’t be very good.
