Wine Club = Romance?
My wedding anniversary and Valentine’s Day is coming up. So, I need to find something interesting to buy for my husband. I stumbled across this site about wine of the month clubs. My husband has recently taken up drinking wine (a lot of wine) and so I looked into it.
The lowest priced option is the Gold series club. It only offers dry red and white. That’s lovely, except my man doesn’t care for dry. So, I had to look at the more costly selections. Most of them offer only dry as the selections. The Platinum and Diamond series is first come-first serve, so we can’t join that. That leaves the International series. The club imports wine from all over the world. That works for me. It only ships four times a year, but that’s ok. Too much wine makes for a grumpy husband.
Hopefully my husband appreciates this gift. And sees that I really don’t want another pancake griddle. And maybe we’ll even manage to have a couple of romantic evenings that don’t include M*A*S*H or “Dallas” reruns. I’m keeping my fingers crossed.
I do like the site layout, though. It’s interesting that the page for each selection is a lot different than the rest.
