The Point
We are going off-season to Cedar Point next weekend. We’ve also found a good deal that will give us $10 off per person on the ticket prices. We might have to buy a bus to allow everyone to go with us. We rented a small one for our last family adventure, but it was a little costly. Might be cheaper just to get our own. At any rate, Cedar Point will be a fabulous time for us all- especially since the summer crowds won’t be there. Lots of short lines to the coasters. I love that.
My husband hates coasters so he’ll be going on the more tame rides with our youngest. I’ll be going on every coaster that will have me. Maybe even twice on some. I used to go there once a summer, but haven’t been since they brought in Millennium Force. Ah, the joys of speeding up, down, and all around. I missed it. Hopefully I won’t be sick that day. It will also be the beginning of “Halloweekends” at the Point. And Halloween is my favorite “holiday”. So, lots of fun will be in store.
It’ll certainly be refreshing to get out of the house and away from political news for awhile.
