Taking a Day or Four

I received my “The Andromeda Strain” package a few days ago. Besides having to fight with the postage tape I was happy to get it. I didn’t get the same package as my contest winners, but I did get a t-shirt and the DVD of the miniseries. It was a very nice package. I especially like the t-shirt because it’s black and oh-so slimming.

In other news, I’ll be taking a short (3 or 4 days) break from blogging. I know I haven’t been keeping up with my blogging like I should have been anyway and that’s because I’ve been ill. I’ve been doing a little bit more than I should have been doing and that’s taken quite a toll on me. Hopefully when I return I’ll be better able to keep up on the news and with networking. Right now I just need to take a few days to get well. If anything interesting happens in the next few days, drop me a line so I can check it out in when I come back. Everyone knows how fast Internet time is, so missing a few days is missing a lot.
