Miscellaneous musings
While I was away not washing toilets and letting the sinks remain unused, someone not so nice was playing at this poor little blog.
It seems someone isn’t very happy with me and has chosen to attempt to hurt me through my blog. This to me is proof that pettiness and insecurity (those who dislike differing opinions) of certain segments of the Internet are still going strong. I have come to the conclusion that packs of petty, insecure people- sheep, if you will- are generally harmless, but are unbearably irritating. They feel only as powerful as the gaggle of which they are a part. Good for them. They’ve done a slight amount of damage to my website. Good for them. Now, will they go away?
For everyone else, I’m feeling downright refreshed from my little “vacation”. I just received a copy of a pilot series that will be airing soon, so look for a review of that in the next couple of days - either here or here. I’m also going to be having another contest soon. I’m not clear on the prizes yet, so keep your eyes peeled for news.
I’d also like to note that I caught portions of the “Today” show recently and, um, it really is turning into tabloid television. I don’t care why Heather Locklear is having mental health issues, so why is her problem featured so prominently on “Today”. That’s better saved for “Entertainment Tonight” or “TMZ”. That’s all I’m sayin’.
