I was a line cook and ran the wheel for many years and I can tell she has good leadership qualities. Patroza was a friggin joke. What a slob. "Clean as you go" is one of the first rules you learn in the kitchen. It is so interesting watching the diffeence between Top Chef, where they clearly recruit top talent, and Hell's Kitchen, where for the most part they recruit bumbling idiots. I think the cream does usually rise to the top, but jeez we came this close to Patroza running a kitchen. I think this was the worst season in terms of talent and if given the opportunity I wouldn't want to go to her restaurant. I don't even know why Matt or Jen made it as long as they did.
