Christina wins Hell’s Kitchen
I am incredibly irritated. I forgot to watch Hell’s Kitchen last night and completely missed Christina kicking butt. I read the recap so I know that she wasn’t stuck with sucky Jen on her team, so I was glad for that. She was stuck with Matt- who isn’t exactly fabulous under stress- but somehow to pull it out. I’m happy for her. Still, I wish I could have seen it. Bah! Sucks to me sometimes.
I have read that EntreCard and SezWho have partnered up. I also saw that SezWho has partnered with Izea too. Well, I’m not a huge fan of Izea, but I do EntreCard, so I’ll be working on getting that installed on my blog as soon as I make sure it doesn’t kill load times. I’m a little fanatical about keeping this place ship shape as far as that goes. Plus I’m not into commenting all over the place. I wish I had more time to be social, but it seems like every time I sign up for something I forget about it or don’t have time to mess with it. It’s an endless cycle. We’ll see how this works for EntreCard and others before I get too deep into it, I guess.
Later today I’ll be upgrading to 2.6. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that nothing breaks.
I’m off to watch “The Cleaner” again. I’m thrilled to see Ben Bratt in another tv series.

Do you think Christina is really that good or deserves to be the winner? I think this was the worst season in terms of talent and if given the opportunity I wouldn’t want to go to her restaurant.
I don’t even know why Matt or Jen made it as long as they did. Jen has got to have the worst attitude ever.

I was so glad Christina won. I was a line cook and ran the wheel for many years and I can tell she has good leadership qualities. Patroza was a friggin joke. What a slob. “Clean as you go” is one of the first rules you learn in the kitchen.
It is so interesting watching the diffeence between Top Chef, where they clearly recruit top talent, and Hell’s Kitchen, where for the most part they recruit bumbling idiots. I think the cream does usually rise to the top, but jeez we came this close to Patroza running a kitchen. Yowza!
