Changing Phones
My eldest daughter was looking for Nokia unlocked phones today. She says she wants one for Christmas because she can take them wherever. I guess that’s a good thing, right?
I often wondered why it was that certain phones could only be used with certain cell phone service providers. It didn’t make sense to me. If Verizon has my phone in their store, why can’t I just switch providers and take my same phone? Why should I have to change all that around and possibly pay for another phone that is exactly the same as the one I have? It doesn’t make sense to me.
At any rate, I’m considering it. It’s not too awfully expensive and it’ll keep her out of my hair for a while. 
That’s a good Christmas present for both of us.
