Cables on The Go
A little while ago I mentioned that I found some great clearance deals while I was shopping for a new laptop. I’ve been going back every now and then to do some “window” shopping. Today I found the Cables To Go Mobile Office Cable Kit w/ USB 2.0 Hub & Mouse - 28270.
This thing is awesome for people who need to work on the go. It comes with a USB port, 3.5ft and 4ft retractable USB male cable, a 3.5ft USB female cable, ear phones, a microphone and an optical mouse- as well as different size USB and firewall connectors. Everything’s all neat and tidy, so you don’t have to fight to get setup and back to work. Instead of being non-productive while trying to fight to get all of these things together, they’re neatly packed and right at hand. It’s small enough to fit into a bigger carry bag so the load from here to there is a lot lighter. What’s not to love about this thing?
Of course, the price is just right for me. They have it listed right now for $28.95 with a $7 mail-in rebate and, yes, it’s still free shipping. If you were to price everything included in the kit separately, the price wouldn’t be nearly as nice. I think this is one of those can’t miss deals for anyone who works online or in a computer-related field. Well, it’s certainly a can’t-miss deal for me. I’ll be getting my new laptop and adding this to my mix. It can help me have an (almost) complete office out on my patio and that works for me.
